Shipping policy

We will ship your order within 2 working days.  

We are unable to specify delivery dates as these are beyond our control, however, generally allow up to 5 days for metro delivery and 2 weeks for rural delivery.  

We will use the shipper we deem to get it to you fastest and most securely, typically Sendle or Australia Post.  If you have not received your order in the times above, please get in touch with us.  We give Sendle Authority to Leave - which means they will leave it at your door without signature if it is safe to do so.
