6258 - Warren River Karri - the Rolls Royce of Western Australian honeys - don't forget we have this creamed too and people have imported this stuff to Victoria it is so sought after.
6281 - High on the hill at Eagle Bay this has been a long time coming but worth the wait. Local bush, a hint of peppy and of course salt.
6282 - Filling out the gaps on the Leeuwin-Naturaliste Ridge, Yallingup is similar to Eagle Bay with lots of native bush flower and no doubt the bees swing past a few vineyards on the way.
6285 - Two sites at this postcode Rosa Brook - a few clicks south east of Margaret River on a beautiful farm alongside a marri forest and Burnside, just off the Caves Road near Prevelly.
6286 - Dad's farm in Forest Grove - just on the Leeuwin Naturaliste National Park and within flying distance of Contos
6330 - Albany, in Marbelup precisely, and a gentle summery honey
6336 - Needilup - just under 200 clicks north east of Albany, this honey is lemongrassy and the lightest of our honeys to date. The bees are on the tagasaste (a tree lucerne) here which creates the unique flavour and colour.
6507 - Regans Ford - pure Banksia, this has hints of malt and has dialled down the sugar - delicious
6525 - One of our more interesting honeys, this has an earthy palate with mushroomy notes from east of Dongara
6562 - Woottating, just out of York, this honey is mostly Marri supplied by the Wandoo National Park
